Hi, I’m Paige, the practitioner behind Roaming Goat Healing Arts. I’m a Healing Arts Practitioner with a diploma from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, as well as a Holistic Chef with nearly 20 years of culinary experience. I hold a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu, and I’m certified as an End-of-Life Doula. I have completed a 15 week Yoga Nidra training program, completed training in Intuitive Wellness Coaching, and hold Reiki I and II certifications, currently working toward my Reiki Master level.
My work is also deeply rooted in a lifetime of experience, motherhood, and the guidance of teachers, mentors, and community. Roaming Goat is more than a name,
it reflects the many chapters that have shaped who I am today: navigating alcohol addiction recovery, facing seasons of profound change, and learning to rebuild a life of purpose and authenticity. These experiences deepened my compassion, resilience, and ability to walk alongside others through their own seasons of transformation.
Today, my practice weaves together food, energy work, end-of-life care, workshops, and one-on-one guidance into a space that adapts to each person I meet. As a mother of three, I understand the complexities of real life and the courage it takes to step into change. No two journeys look the same, and neither does the support I offer. My role is to nourish, guide, and hold space for the chapters you’re moving through.
For a time, I raised goats and chickens, and during those years when I was out with the animals, I felt most grounded and at peace. Goats are resilient, adaptable, and capable of navigating even the toughest terrain, just like the healing journeys many of us face. To me, they symbolize growth, determination, and balance.
