Paige Haddad

Hi, I’m Paige, the practitioner behind Roaming Goat Healing Arts. I spent nearly 20 years as a professional chef, earning my Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu before following a path that led me to weave food together with healing work. Over the past few years I’ve built something that feels entirely my own, and Roaming Goat is the result of that.

I’m a certified Healing Arts Practitioner with a diploma from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and my certifications include End-of-Life Doula, Intuitive Wellness Coaching, Yoga Nidra, and Modern Spirituality Celebrant, along with foundational training in Reiki.

My work is also deeply rooted in a lifetime of experience, motherhood, and the guidance of teachers, mentors, and community. Roaming Goat is more than a name, it reflects the many chapters that have shaped who I am today: navigating alcohol addiction recovery, facing seasons of profound change, and learning to rebuild a life of purpose and authenticity. These experiences deepened my compassion, resilience, and ability to walk alongside others through their own seasons of transformation.

Today, my practice weaves together food, one-on-one guidance, end-of-life care, energy work, and workshops into a space that adapts to each person I meet. I understand the complexities of real life and the courage it takes to step into change, and I know no two journeys look the same, and neither does the support I offer. My role is to nourish, guide, and hold space for the chapters you’re moving through.

Why the name Roaming Goat?

For a time, I raised goats, and no matter what was going on around me, being with them brought me a kind of peace I couldn’t find anywhere else. They are loud, stubborn, and endlessly entertaining. BUT they are also deeply intelligent, remarkably resilient, and surprisingly graceful on impossible terrain. They don’t wait for life to settle down before they move. They roam. They explore. They gather something from every place they’ve been and carry it with them.

That’s always stuck with me.
