Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. This isn’t about quick fixes, but steady, honest work that meets you where you are. Some days that means reflection and conversation; other days it’s simply quiet space to breathe and feel supported. Together, we set goals that are meaningful and move toward them in a way that’s steady and sustainable. My focus includes addiction recovery, burnout, grief, post-trauma growth, and life transitions. Whatever brings you here, we’ll meet it together.
Death is part of life, but that doesn’t make the path simple. I walk beside those who are dying, offering presence at the bedside, guiding vigils, supporting legacy work, or helping with end-of-life planning. At the same time, I hold space for family and loved ones, providing respite, compassion, and guidance through this tender chapter.
This work is both sacred and part of our shared journey. You don’t have to go through it alone.
Yoga Nidra, often called sleep yoga, is a guided meditation that brings you into deep relaxation while remaining conscious. For beginners, it’s especially helpful for improving sleep, easing stress, and supporting intentions on a subconscious level. With time, it goes beyond rest, helping you release old patterns, integrate emotions, and reconnect with yourself. I offer individual and group sessions for those new to the practice, with space to deepen as you feel ready.

Reiki offers a calming way to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. Many people find it helpful for stress, sleep, and emotional grounding, while others use it as a space for deeper reflection and healing. Coming Fall 2025.
