Hi! My name is Paige, and I’m the heart behind Roaming Goat Healing Arts. I’m a certified Integrative Wellness Coach and End-of-Life Doula, and I’ll be receiving my diploma as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner in May 2025. My accredited schooling has come through from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, along with incredible teachers, elders, and guides in my community. Most of what I’ve learned, though, has come from real life, through lived experience, deep grief, and a lot of growth.
This path wasn’t something I planned. It came through addiction recovery, trauma, loss, and a near-death experience in 2022 that changed everything for me. I didn’t have the support I needed during that time, and that’s why I do what I do now. I created Roaming Goat Healing Arts as a place for people who are in between, unraveling, rebuilding, or just trying to figure out who they are again. A place where sensitivity, spirituality, and emotional depth aren’t too much—they’re the starting point.
Before I stepped into healing work, I spent nearly 20 years as a professional chef. I hold a Le Cordon Bleu diploma and an Associate of Arts degree. While I’ve stepped out of the kitchen professionally, that chapter shaped a lot of who I am. It taught me how to show up under pressure, how to build something from scratch, and how to take pride in creating things that matter.
I’m also a mother of three, and raising them has taught me more about resilience and compassion than anything else ever could. It’s shown me how to be present, real, and fully human in the middle of chaos, and I carry that with me in everything I offer.
My work isn’t one-size-fits-all. I use an intuitive, integrative approach that’s personalized for each person. Sometimes that means coaching and reflective conversation. Other times, we might use guided meditation, gentle grounding practices, or tools from around the world that I’ve gathered along the way. Every session is different because every person is different.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to support you while you learn how to show up for yourself, even when it’s hard. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be willing.
And if you didn’t catch it on my services page, I offer sliding scale pricing. I know how hard it can be to access support when you’re struggling, and I want the work I do to feel possible—not out of reach.
For a time, I raised goats and chickens, and during those years when I was out with the animals, I felt most grounded and at peace. Goats are resilient, adaptable, and capable of navigating even the toughest terrain—just like the healing journeys many of us face. To me, they symbolize growth, determination, and balance.
