This is more than a course — it’s a guided experience to reconnect with yourself through the energy centers of your body.
Over 7 weeks, we’ll explore each of your chakras, one at a time, to help you understand where you may be blocked, overactive, or just needing a little extra support. You’ll gain insight into how your energy is showing up physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Each week begins with a 45-minute 1:1 session where we check in, assess your energy, and set personalized goals. Together, we’ll focus on what you need most — whether that’s grounding, emotional release, self-expression, or spiritual connection.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep rest.
It’s often called “yogic sleep,” but you’re not actually sleeping, you’re resting in a state between waking and dreaming. It’s guided, quiet, and fully supported. You don’t need to move, stretch, or do anything physical. Just lie down and listen.
This practice helps calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and bring you into a more settled, spacious state. It can be helpful for sleep, stress, emotional processing, or simply taking a break from the noise of the day.
